Thomas was born in 1787. He was the son of Thomas Rowland and Mildred Lewis. He passed away in 1850.

Thomas Rowland was born 08 Sep 1750 in Hanover County, Virginia. He died on 03 Apr 1836 in Saluda, Greenville, South Carolina.
Married Mildred Lewis on 26 Sep 1759 in Amelia County, Virginia. She died on 29 Apr 1849 in Saluda, Greenville, South Carolina.
