Per Hebron, Connecticut records in the published Barbour collection, he married Elisabeth Fuller, who was also his first cousin, on March 4, 1713. Both were residents of East Haddan at the time. The Barbour collection may be found on Ancestry.com. The original is at the Connecticut State Library.
