Edward Rowley was born on March 11, 1829 to William, 27 and Nancy, 28. He married Elizabeth Ann Dever on January 18, 1857. They had 12 children in 23 years. He died on March 3, 1915, in Scioto, Ohio, having lived a long life of 85 years, and was buried in Wheelersburg, Ohio.
