William Lewis Rowling was born on 22 Aug 1860^[1] as the eighth child of Ralph Rowling and Sarah Maria Lewis in Singleton, New South Wales, Australia. He had seven siblings, namely: Isabella, George, Ralph, Joshua Chapman, Hepzibah, Sarah Maria Florence, and Charles Henry Lewis. He died on 09 Dec 1937^[2] in Queensland, Australia. When he was 26, he married Elizabeth Northmore,daughter of Richard Northmore and Amelia Palmer, on 23 Aug 1886^[3] in Tamworth, New South Wales, Australia.
