Biography

John Rowning was born about 1482 in Hundon, Suffolk, England.

His first wife seems to have died and he then married Joane about 1520 when she was 20 and John was 38. They had 7 children and their fifth was Thomas our ancestor.

John willed land called Pal Gate to his son Thomas in 1549.
