Raoul est né à Pain Court, Kent, Ontario le 15 Jun 1927. Il était le fils d'Adolphe Roy et Delia Caron.

Il épousa Theresa Denomy à Chatham le 24 Nov 1951 avec qui il eut les enfants suivants: Denise, Mariette, Simone et Yvette.

Décédé le 9 Oct 2006, il repose au cimetière paroissial à Pain Court.


Obituary - ROY (KING), Ralph B.

A resident of Chatham and formerly a longtime farmer in Pain Court, died on Monday, October 9, 2006 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age of 79.

Born in Dover Township, son of the late Adolphe and Delia (Caron) Roy (King). Beloved husband of Theresa (Denomy) Roy. Loving father of Denise and Roland Cadotte of Chatham, Marietta and Louis Faubert of Pain Court, Simone and Steve McLaren of Wisconsin and the late Yvette Roy (1977). Grandfather of Brent Cadotte, Natalie and Nicole Faubert and Stephanie and Patricia McLaren. Brother of Caroline Laprise of Chatham, Loretta Roy of Ottawa, Anne-Aline and Roger Barrette of Ottawa and predeceased by Yvonne Lucier, Bernard and Edmund Roy (King) and Leontine Roy.

Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Thursday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, October 13, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Joseph Nevitt officiating.Interment of cremated remains in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Pain Court at a later date. Donations, made by cheque, to Cancer Society or Charity of Choice appreciated.
