Walter was born August 2, 1905 in Aachen, Rheinprovinz, Germany. He married Berta Lindheimer[1] December 27, 1939 in Brussels, Brabant, Belgium.[2]

Walter lived in Haaren before emigrating to Belgien. He was deported from Mechelin to the Auschwitz extermination camp, where he arrived on August 4, 1942. He died there on August 22, 1942.[1]
