John Ruckman Jr. was born in 1744. He was baptized on September 1, 1744 in Hunterdon, New Jersey. His wife was Elizabeth (Gulick) Ruckman (1752-1852). John died on December 25, 1841 in Amity, Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States.[1]
John served in the American Revolution as a Private with the 1st Regiment, Hunterdon County Militia. His wife collected a pension for several years after his decease.[2][3]
