"Joseph Deans & Mary Rudd both of Norwich were Married together on the 11th of October A D 1770." (in Norwich, New London County, Connecticut Colony.)[1]
- Although the marriage record recites that both were "of Norwich", and Mary was purportedly born circa 1745 in Norwich, the town records do not show a birth for her.
