Biography

Caleb was born in 1723, the son of John & Mary (Lester) Rude.^[1]

He married Elizabeth Starkweather, daughter of John & Mary (Herrick) Starkweather, on 24 Sep 1747 at Stonington, New London, Connecticut - parents of Aaron, Rachel, Elizabeth, Jonah, Caleb II, Mary, Jeremiah, John, Lester and Ephraim Rude

He passed away after 1790. After his death, his wife moved to Galway, NY to be with son Ephraim.
