Heacox, Gloria Age 91, of Edina MN, died on October 17, 2014. She is preceded in death by much adored parents, Mabel and Lawrence Rudolph of Renville MN. her husband of 47 years, Gerald Heacox, and beloved son Gregory Heacox. Gloria is survived by her daughter, Diane Heacox and husband John Bloodsworth of Edina and daughter-in-law Debbie Heacox of Stillwater, MN Grandchildren include Kylie Heacox Bloodsworth, Valerie Bloodsworth Laboski (Trevor), Lauren Bloodsworth Sherlock (Chris), Hannah Heacox, Samuel Heacox, and Zachary Heacox. Great-grandchildren are Quinn Sherlock, Abigail Sherlock and William Laboski. Gloria's children and grandchildren were deeply loved. She delighted in each of them and in their life accomplishments. Gloria was an active member and volunteer at Woodlake Lutheran Church in Richfield, MN. An employee of Bloomington Public Schools, she enjoyed being around the energy of schools. However, her life was built around being a devoted daughter, a committed wife, a mother whose children were her priority and joy, and the best grandma ever! We would like to recognize the wonderful care providers at Presbyterian Homes in Bloomington with special thanks to Martin Johnson for your care, concern and communication.
