Family #116 in the 1798 Grimm census.
Family #213 and #216 in the 1834 Grimm census.
Family #244 in he 1857 Grimm census.
Andreas Jakob Rudolph was born in 1775 in Grimm, Russia, to parents Balthasar Rudolph and Eva (Bechtold) Rudolph. He first appears in the 1798 Grimm census.
Head of the Household Baltasar [sic] Rudolf [sic], age 63
Wife Eva Bechtold Rudolf [sic], age 65
Child #1 Konrad Rudolf [sic], age 36
Wife of Child #1 Anna Maria Manweiler, age 29, from Messer
Grandchild #1 Johann Heinrich Rudolf [sic], age 5
Grandchild #2 Christian Rudolf [sic], age 1
Grandchild #3 Katarina [sic] Rudolf [sic], age 10
Grandchild #4 Katarina [sic] Elizabeta [sic] Rudolf, age 7
Child #2 Andreas Jakob Rudolf [sic], age 23
It does not appear that he ever married and he had no children noted in the 1834. His nephew through brother Konrad moved into his household with his wife and two children, presumably to keep the family's land in the family. Mostly likely the land would then pass down to his nephew Johann Heinrich after his death.
Head of the Household Andreas Jakob Rudolph, age 58, from household #213
Nephew by Unnamed Brother Heinrich Rudolph, age 41, nephew by an unnamed brother
Wife of Nephew Katharina Margaretha Rudolph, age 36
Grandchild #1 Maria Christina Rudolph, age 15
Grandchild #2 Johann Jakob Rudolph, age 12 years 6 months
Andreas Jakob Rudolph does not appear in the 1857 census with his nephew's family. He most likely passed away some time before that year. Because his death is not noted in the 1857 census, he most likely died before 1850 and his death was noted in that interim, male-only census. Had he survived, he would have been 82 years old.
Wife of Child #1 Katharina Elisabeth Rudolph, age 22
Grandchild #1 Johann Jakob Rudolph, age 3
