Emma (Ruggles) Weyer was an Ohioan.
Emma Ruggles was born in 1869.[1][2] She was the daughter of Almond Ruggles and Sarah Mannen or Manning.
Emma Ruggles was married to Thomas Weyer in 1888.[3] The couple were the parent of the following known children:
