Biography
Jacob was born in 1763. Jacob was the son of Dr Thomas Ruggles and Molly Loring.[1]
In 1776, Benjamin Cook of Kingston was appointed to be his guardian after his mother had died.[2]
He passed away in 1784 at the age of 21.
Burial
Hillcrest Cemetery, Plympton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, USA[3]
