Biography

Anna Elizabeth RUGH, the daughter of John Jacob Rugh[1] and Elizabeth Louise (Kepple) Rugh, was born in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania on March 18, 1822.[2] She was baptized on May 19, 1822 in Greensburg at the First Lutheran Church. [3] Baptismal sponsors were her parents.

About 1842 in Pennsylvania she married Peter BRADLEY.[1] Peter BRADLEY was born in Pennsylvania about 1819.

In 1879, Elizabeth moved from Blair County, Pennsylvania, to a farm in Madison Township of Fillmore County, Nebraska. There she was a member of the catholic church.[2]

In June 1880, Elizabeth and her children James, Peter, Kate, George and Frank were residing on a farm in Madison Township.[4]

In June 1885, her three sons, James, Peter, and Frank, were residing with her on a farm in Madison Township.[5]

She passed away on 1 August 1890 and was buried in the town of Exeter.[2]
