Biography
A daughter of Blanchard & Effie Smith Rugh,she died at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was married to Charles Blose on 25 December 1947. She is survived by two daughters: Sandra Hill and Kathie McDivitt,both of Punxsutawney. She also leaves a brother,Daren Rugh of New Kensington,Pa., and 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
