Ruine-1 and De Ruine-15 appear to represent the same person because: seems intended as same persons

As her father's last name at birth is "de Ruine" I do not understand why the profile "Ruine-1" is ppp protected for the upcoming merge. Logically, it should be "de Ruine" or "DeRuine" so the Index has her with her father's genealogy.

Deruine-34 and Ruine-1 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge into the NNS PPP. No tree conflicts. Thanks!
