This Joseph married a Kansan, Hazel Clyde James (Nov. 15,
1889) and together they had five boys and two girls.
Their first son,
Joseph Carl, was borr in Pomona, California (Dec. 13, 1910)
and the second, Ernest Gordon, in Portland, Oregon (Feb. 23,
1913) Next note that Rex arrived in Rosyln, Washington Nov.
15, 1917 and the last two, Bruce Charles ( Oct. 6, 1920) and
Hazel Donne (Sept. 21, 1923) were born in Everett, Washington.
However they all moved to Long Beach, Calif. and the last two
are Californians: Madeline B. (July 10, 1925) and Wynn Paul
(May 27, 1927).
He was of medium height, with brown hair and blue eyes.[1]
