Hi, Erika!

I discovered that we are 12th cousins through Bennett Eliot, our 11th great grandfather. I found this out through the Relationship Finder. Your line through Eliot goes through Curtis - Devotion - Eddy and Toye.

The Relationship Finder is one of my favorite aspects of WikiTree. I hope you enjoy your research as much as I have.

Always happy to meet another cousin!!!

Take care!

Hi there! My name is Vicky (Freeth) Majewski and I am a WikiTree Mentor.

This is just a courtesy e-mail to see how things are going. Are you enjoying WikiTree so far? Any questions? Any issues?

Feel free to contact me via my profile page. I am happy to help!

Hi Erika,

You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week so I am checking in to see how it is going.

Have the tips in the New Member How-Tos been helpful? Most of us still have some questions after reviewing them.

I see that your GEDCOM loaded OK. Do you have questions about the GEDCOMpare process?

I'm here to help with questions about how WikiTree works. Click my name to send me a private message or ask in the comment section of my page. I'll get back to you by the end of the day.

P.S. If links do not work in an email from WikiTree, try them from the comment section on your profile page.

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz, Erika!

Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, coordinating with others is essential.

For your Toye ancestors I suggest: Acadians Project Leaders Jacqueline Girouard and Lianne Lavoie and Irish Roots Project, (Leaders- Maria Maxwell and Leigh Murrin). Click the link to read how to join.

Or use the Pre-1700 Projects list, located at the top of your page, 4th topic on right, under <Find> and <Projects>.

For questions, just ask on my page.

Hi Erika,

A warm welcome to WikiTree. You are now a full member and can add your family to the big tree!

Click here to start with our New Member How-To Pages. They will save you time, energy and frustration as you add your family profiles.

Hope you enjoy WikiTree as much as I have. You never know when you will find a lost family member or ancestor. Or maybe find a hidden family secret about an ancestor. Genealogy to me is like being a detective looking for clues into the past.

Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile as the links will work from there.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm always happy to help!
