Biography
Martha was born in 1871. She was the daughter of Basil Runkles and Catherine Clay. She passed away 5 Oct 1956 (aged 85) in Frederick County, Maryland. [1] Obituary Daughter of the late Basil and Catherine Runkles; last of her family; widow of Joshua Brashear; survived by son Norman, a grandchild, two great-grandchildren. Obituary [Brashears]: Frederick Post, Saturday, 6 Oct 1956, p.5; funeral note: 9 Oct 1956.
