Biography

Samuel was born 8 December 1824 in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of John Rupert and Christine Myers. During his life he was a farmer. He died due to chronic cystitis on 8 March 1809 at 8pm in clay Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. His physician, Dr. William Wright Heaton had treated him from 1 Apr 1907 to Feb 1908. He was buried in Shore Valley Cemetery (southwest of Three Springs, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania). The family used funeral services of Myron M. McClain from Cassville, Huntingdon County. His son, Robert Benjamin Rupert was the informant for the death certificate. [1]
