Neva was born in 1893 or 1895 in South Bend, St. Joseph, Indiana.. She is the daughter of John Ruple and Emma Barnhart. She passed away in 1966.

Graduate teacher that stayed with her family after her mother died. Very smart, kind and fashionable.
