I understand you are having problems volunteering. Can you tell me if you have followed all the following steps. I do see you were able to make tags.
Try these steps to become a volunteer: 1) Volunteer - there is a green link labeled Volunteer in the orange box which will take you to this page: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Volunteers 2) From there add tags to show your genealogical interests such as tags for family names of mother, grandmothers, locations. 3) Be sure to Volunteer- a dark green rectangle
Then any greeter will confirm your membership on wikiTree.
After you are a full member, you can sign the Honor Code!! and start adding your family. I hope this helps and please let me know if you have more questions.
