Research Notes

James's place of birth was recorded on his marriage certificate as Belleek, County Armagh, Ireland. His surname appears to have been recorded as "Rossford" in error.

The Rushford family appear to have been recorded as "Rush" in error on the 1861 Scotland Census.

Mary A Rushford's first name appears to have been incorrectly listed as "Marg." on the LDS transcription of the 1881 census on ScotlandsPeople.
