Biography

James was born about 1857 in Ontario.

He married Celia Dean on November 4, 1885 in the village of Allenford in Amabel, Bruce county, Ontario. She was 23 years old and her parents were John Dean and Susan Arkins. James was 28 years old and his parents were James Rushton and Elizabeth Richardson.[1]

James died at the age of 80 on May 27, 1937 in Elderslie, Bruce, Ontario. His parents' names were given as James Rushton and Elizabeth Richardson and his wife's name as Evelyn Ceceilia Dean.[2]
