A Death Registration in 1991 for James Kenneth Russell … ie, Russell, James Kenneth, born 26 May 1923, registration number 1991/30898 … is *NOT* the right person. A check on his birth entry shows this man is: Russell, James Kenneth , son of Ellen Ruth and Claude Alfred, registration number 1923/18780.

Similarly, a 1992 Death Registration for Kenneth Russell is also * NOT * the right man … ie, Russell, Kenneth, born 12 November 1920, registration number 1992/ 29983. This man's birth entry reads: Russell, Kenneth, son of Isabella Jane and William Todd Russell, registration number 1920/31480.
