Biography

Julia Russell was born about 1770 in Southsea, England.

She married Samuel Gawler in about 1790[1] in Southsea, England.

They had only one child, George, who was Lieutenant-Colonel George Gawler, KH, the 2nd Governor of South Australia, Australia, in 1838 to 1841. Julia died about 1845 in Southsea, England [2]
