Wm. E. Russell wed M. C. Peeler December 1, 1868 in Monticello, Jefferson County, Florida.^[1]

Wm E Russell was enumerated at Waukeenah Post Office, Township Nine (9), Jefferson County, Florida for the June 29, United States Census, 1870. He was noted as born 1841-1842 in Florida and a farmer. He was marked as unable to read or write as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are female Margaret C Russell, female Florence E Russell and male Walter Anderson.^[2]

He passed away in the winter of 1871.
