National Advocate (Bathurst, NSW : 1889 - 1954), Thursday 2 June 1927. ^[3] FUNERAL BLAIR. - The relatives and friends of Mrs. Maria Blair, of 8 Havannah St., are kindly invited to attend the funeral, which will move from her son's (Mr. William Blair) residence, 20 Torch Street, South Bathurst, this Thursday afternoon at 2.45 for the Presbyterian Cemetery. National Advocate (Bathurst, NSW : 1889 - 1954), Thursday 2 June 1927. ^[4] PERSONAL The death occurred in the Bathurst District Hospital yesterday morning of Mrs. Maria Blair, widow of the late Mr. William Blair, an old and highly respected resident of Bathurst. The deceased was 63 years of age, and had resided in Bathurst for about 24 years. She is survived by a family of three - two sons and a daughter. They are: Mr. William Duncan Blair, of Torch Street, Mr. Robert S. Blair, of Howick street, and Mrs. E. Withers, nee Clara Ethel Blair, Capertee. The deceased had been ailing for about 12 months, but had only been in hospital for about a month. The deepest sympathy will be extended the bereaved family. The funeral will leave the deceased's son's (Mr. William Blair) residence, 20 Torch Street, at 2.45 o'clock this afternoon, for the Bathurst Presbyterian Cemetery.
