Lady Caroline Russell was born Jan 1742-43, the daughter of Lieutenant-General John Russell, 4th Duke of Bedford and the Hon. Gertrude Leveson-Gower.

Lady Caroline married George Spencer, 4th Duke of Marlborough, the son of Lieutenant-General Charles Spencer, 3rd Duke of Marlborough and the Hon. Elizabeth Trevor, on 23 Aug 1762 at Bedford House, Bloomsbury, London. They had 8 children.

The Duchess died on 26 Nov 1811 at age 68 at Chapel, Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England and was buried there on 2 December 1811.

If you move the "Duchess of Marlborough" from the nickname to the other name box, it will read, " Lady Caroline Spencer formerly Russell AKA Duchess of Marlborough". It should be in the Suffix box but that box has a limit as to the length you can place in it. "Duchess of Marlborough" is not a nickname, don't you think?
