Isabel was born in 1832. She was the daughter of Joseph Russell and Elizabeth Grey. She married John Beverly in 1849.
She passed away in 1911.

BEVERLY - Plano, Tex., April 20. - Mrs. Isabelle Beverly, widow of John H. Beverly, died at her home two miles northwest of Plano at 5 o'clock this morning. She was born in Missouri, Jan. 5, 1832, and moved to Texas before the Civil War. She was one and the last surviving member of the thirteen charter members of the first Methodist church organized in this vicinity. Funeral services will be held at the Methodist Church tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock, conducted by the pastor, Rev. C. B. Fladger, burial at the City Cemetery. The following children survive her: J. W. Beverly, T. M. Beverly and Mrs. T. L. Hughston of Crowell, Tex.; A. Beverly of Dallas, Mrs. T. F. Hughston, F. W. Beverly of Plano, and Mrs. W. A. Martin of Paducah, Ky.[1]
