Ray Wilkin Russell was born in 1915. He was the son of Alexander Russell and Daisy Phillips.
He married Ethel Theresa Wright in 1941.
Ray passed away on 11 April 1983 and was buried at Awanui Cemetery, New Plymouth, New Plymouth District, Taranaki, New Zealand[1].
