Biography

Elsie was born in 1893. She was the daughter of Albert Rutherford and Florence Boyd.

Cornelia lived with her parents and siblings in Stonewall District (north & west part), Frederick, Virginia, United States.

US Census Date 1920: Recorded in the household of her sister Volina in Baltimore Ward 12, Baltimore (Independent City), Maryland, United States. Aged 26 and single. Also in the household were her two sisters Cornelia and Elsie, her brother John and three Lodgers.

In 1930 Elsie and her four sisters were recorded in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California.
