Ella was born in 1859. Ella was the daughter of Thomas Elliot Rutledge (1831 - 1909) and Louisa Margaret Shotwell (1839 - 1877).
Census 1870: Living with her parents and six siblings in Washington, United States. Aged 10. Her father was a Farmer.[1]
Ella married Harvey Bradley Marcy in April 1882 at Littlerock, Thurston, Washington.
They had about four children before Ella sadly passed away five years later in 1887 at the age of 28.
