Biography

Thomas was born about 1765.

On Tuesday, the 5th February, at his residence, No. 13, St. Aubyn's-street, Devonport, England, THOMAS RUTTER, Esq., surgeon, eldest son of the Rev. Thomas Rutter, Vicar of Littleborough, Lincolnshire, father of the late John Yates Rutter, Esq., surgeon, of this city. Deceased, who was deeply respected, had been in constant practice in this town for over fifty years. Family Notices (1867, April 19). The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954), p. 1.
