The late Mr. Ryan, who was 54 years of age, was the second son of the late Mr. K. Ryan and of Mrs. Ryan, Charleville, and he was born in Charleville, where he spent most of his life. In his early years he was apprenticed to the printing trade and worked in the "Charleville Times" office for about 14 years.
