Biography

Note His wife's name is an obvious clerical error, it should read Marie Geneviève, she gets called Marie Catherine on their marriage and baptism of their first child, and thereafter Marie Geneviève or Geneviève, once Marie only. Pierre is named Didier on his marriage, and thereafter his name alternates between Pierre and Didier, with some acts naming him Pierre Didier.

The couple had 9 known children, 3 known to die young and 6 to marry.[3]
