Through research found 1880 census that has Amanda (now a Burton) with 2 children Francis Mooney and Nellie Mooney along with the children of now husband David Burton. The Mooney children are listed as stepchildren of David Burton.
David's Find a grave record says that he married Amanda Mooney in 1878.
Nellie's Find a grave record says that she is the daughter of William Mooney and Amanda Speers.
