Timeline

1881, April: Bessie is born in Lithuania[1] to Abraham and Sarah Sachs.

1890: Bessie's father Abraham immigrates to America.

1893: Bessie, age 12, arrives in America with most of her siblings and presumably her mother.

1900: At the time of the census Bessie's mother has passed away and she is living in Cincinnati with her father and siblings. She works as a cigar maker.[2] Perhaps she met Joseph Himelfarb through the cigar business.

1901, June 23rd: Bessie marries Joseph M Himelfarb in Hamilton County, Ohio.

1903, April 30th: Bessie's first and only child, Norman Warren Himelfarb, is born.

1908, November 6th: Bessie passes away from Grave's Disease at the age of 27. She is buried in the Walnut Hills United Jewish Cemetery in Evanston, Hamilton, Ohio.
