- Parents: Augustus Sager 1830 - 1918 and Eva Dora (Kaiser) Sager 1846 - 1921. They were married 4/6/1865 in Cedar, Iowa.
- Spouse: George Washington Allen 1860 - 1941. They were married 9/18/1887 in Gentry, Missouri. Per Missouri, County Marriage, Naturalization and Court Records, 1800 - 1991.
