This is Werner V of Wormsgau, Count in Nahegau und Speyergau (that's where the Spira comes from) : "Werner V (c. 899 – c. 935) was a Rhenish Franconian count in the Nahegau, Speyergau and Wormsgau. He is one of the earliest documented ancestors of the Salian dynasty that provided German kings (Kings of the Romans) and Holy Roman Emperors from 1024 to 1125." see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Werner_V_(Salian)

///// His mother is undocumented and purely speculative, but she is sometimes referred to as Judith of Thuringia, daughter of Konrad <Conrad> the Elder, <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conrad,_Duke_of_Thuringia> and sister of Konrad <Conrad> the Younger. His alleged father <not documented> would be Werner IV born c870.

Uh, how do you get a father 299 years older than the son?
