Nancy C. Brown, 98, of Boulder City, Nev., passed away Sunday, Feb. 25, in Nevada. She was born August 10, 1902, at Martin County, Ky., a daughter of the late Flurry and Belle Crum Sammons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Perry Brown.
