Biography
Clarence was born before 1928. He was the son of Clarence Sams and Lillian Lane. He passed away in 2011. [1] He married Mary Jane Scott on Oct. 28, 1950 at Baptist Parsonage in Jerseyville and retired in 1987 from Laclede Steel after 38 years of service. He also serviced in the U.S. Army during WW II.
