Effie was born 22 December 1877. Effie was the child of Calvin Sams and Sarah Symmonds. Effie married William Riley Roush (1874 - 1955). She passed away 7 December 1946, and was buried at Linville Cemetery, Edina, Knox County, Missouri (plot in Row 18 NWQ).[1]
