Lusanna, daughter of John and Priscilla (Bartlett) Sampson, was born at Duxbury, MA on April 30, 1729.
She married Peleg Wadsworth, son of John and Mercy (Wiswall) Wadsworth, ca. 1741, probably in Duxbury. They resided in their hometown where she gave birth to thirteen children, eight of those reaching adulthood.
She died on July 20, 1788 at the age of 67. Peleg survived her and continued to live in Duxbury until he died on July 28, 1799 at the age of 83. She is buried in Duxbury at Mayflower Cemetery.
