Biography

When Arthur W. Samuels was born on August 15, 1885, in Jay, Indiana, his father, Andrew, was 31 and his mother, Elmira, was 31. He married Bertha Bolin and they had five children together. He then married Irene E. Porath and they had 15 children together. He died on October 26, 1939, in Mishawaka, Indiana, at the age of 54, and was buried there.
