Biography

Percy Hyam Samuels was born at Sydney, NSW, in 1877.^[1] His Hebrew name was Chaim ben Yehudah.^[2] He was the son of Lewis Samuels and Miriam.

He married Addie Henrietta Pasta Jacobson at the Great Synagogue, Sydney, on the 2nd of November, 1910.^[3][4][5][6]

He died at his home in Paddington on the 9th of October, 1916, aged 39.^[7] He was buried in the Rookwood Jewish cemetery.^[8]
