Mrs. Katherine J. Katie (SanClemente) Bradley, 102, of Hopedale MA, died Monday (October 31, 2011) at the Countryside Healthcare of Milford after a period of declining health. She was the wife of the late Elmer V. Snap Bradley, who died in 1998. Mrs. Bradley was born in Milford, the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Delphina (Gheringhelli) SanClemente. She attended Milford public schools as a young girl and was the recipient of an honorary degree from Milford High School on her 100th birthday. Mrs. Bradley had been employed as a younger woman as a nurses aide at the former Cushing Hospital in Framingham MA and as a part-time nurses aide at Countryside Healthcare, at that time known as the Milford Public Nursing Home, retiring in 1962. Mrs. Bradley had been a resident of Hopedale since 1944 and was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.. Mrs. Bradley is survived by 1 Niece: Sandra, wife of James Stoddard of Framingham MA; 5 Nephews: Lawrence Calitri of Milford MA, Robert Giacomuzzi of Hopedale MA, Richard Giacomuzzi of Estero FL, Donald Belforti of Milford MA and William Belforti of Deland FL; also many grandnieces and grandnephews including James Stoddard and his wife Harriett, Karen Lalley and her husband Jeffrey, and Judy Daubney and her husband Dennis; also many great grandnieces and great grandnephews including James and Gianna Stoddard, Derek and Devin Lalley. Mrs. Bradley was the sister of the late Henry SanClemente, AngieSanClemente, Mary Giacomuzzi, Rose Giacomuzzi, Dena Belforti, Jennie SanClemente, Nellie SanClemente and Regina Pillarella. She was also the aunt of the late Regina Martino, Joseph Giacomuzzi Jr., Kenneth Giacomuzzi and Joseph Calitri. Her funeral will be held Friday (Nov 4th) at 9am from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA (www.edwardsmemorialfuneralhome.com) followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Sacred Heart Church, 187 Hopedale Street, Hopedale MA. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Milford MA. Visiting hours will be Thursday (Nov 3rd) from 4pm to 7pm.
