Biography
William was born in Delaware County, New York in 1807, the son of George and Susannah Sanborn. William married twice, and had many children. M1) Permelia Black (1809-1869). M2) Lucy B. Muzzy (1825-1888).
Children (as seen on find-a-grave for William): Adeline Amelia Sanborn Haskin 1827–1903; Caroline Cordia Sanborn Drew1829–1890; George Henry Sanborn 1831–1907; Mary Malisa Sanborn King 1834–1922; Susan Sophia Sanborn Gilkey 1837–1899; William E. Sanborn 1839–1863; Charles M. Sanborn 1843–1911; James W. Sanborn 1847–1874; Florence Pamelia Sanborn Perry 1851–1881.
William died, aged 64, in 1871 in Ashtabula, Ohio, and is buried with family in Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Ashtabula, Ohio. [1]
