This profile is supposed to be for Ailene Sanders James. From the approximate time of birth, she is either a scion of one of the early settler families of New Jersey, or she arrived in New Jersey old enough to marry. She supposedly lived in Freehold.

From a fast search on Ancestry.com, she is supposedly the daughter of Thomas Sanders and his wife, Alene Ellen Botham, both born in England. If this is correct, there will be a trail of their migration as well as any marriages. The profiles on Ancestry, however, do not source their migration much less their settlement in New Jersey.

There should be at the very least mention of this lineage in the James Name Study. Some book related search time is in order here.
